CK REED IS A FINE ARTIST, MURALIST, ILLUSTRATOR AND WALLPAPER DESIGNER WITH A SIGNATURE MIX OF VIVID TONES AND BOTANICAL MOTIFS.
CK Reed is a Chicago-based multidisciplinary artist and designer working across painting, murals, illustration, textiles and wallpaper. Her work is defined by bold color, layered symbolism and a surreal pop sensibility, often drawing from plants, animals and other elements of the natural world. Across both fine art and commercial work, she explores ideas of aliveness and the ways color and imagery can transform how we experience a space.
Her work moves fluidly between canvas, walls, textiles and interiors, creating immersive environments that feel playful, unexpected, and full of personality. She has collaborated with designers and hospitality brands including Kelly Wearstler, Tino Zervudachi, St. Regis Hotels, Soho House, Jumeirah Hospitality, and Wallshoppe, with murals commissioned by the City of West Hollywood, The Standard Hotel Miami, and Soho House Los Angeles.
CK’s illustration work has been featured in Surface Magazine, where she was named Designer of the Day and has contributed illustrated coverage of Art Basel and Design Miami. Her work has also appeared across projects for Compartés Chocolatier, Aero Jets, Flowers Winery, Terremoto Landscape, Dorsia, and others.
